I provide leadership and career strategy coaching for professionals navigating transition, growth, or complex decisions. We work through the immediate question in front of you, whether that’s a role, a difficult leadership relationship, a career move, or a larger life decision, while also paying attention to the deeper questions shaping how you lead and what you want next.
My role is not to tell you what to do. I help you get clear, interrogate your assumptions, identify your options, test strategies in real time, and make decisions you can stand behind.
