Why I built Advancing Lives
Advancing Lives exists for leaders who carry big missions and real constraints. After years in classrooms, communities, and public office, I saw how often courageous ideas stalled before they became courageous action.
Today, I partner with leaders to bridge that gap by bringing research, lived experience, and practical tools to every room we share. My doctoral capstone and defense focused on translating courageous strategy into real-world systems change, work that continues to shape how I coach, facilitate, and speak with leaders like you.
